Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $500, excluding COD charges and oversized packages. Most orders are shipped for overnight delivery within 48 hours.

COD charged by Australia Post is $9 plus postage & insurance. Returned COD packages will incur a $20.00 handling fee. COD packages cannot be express posted. Insurance is $1.10 for each $100 in excess of the first $100.
Returns: If you are not happy with the merchandise we send to you, please ring us within 7 days to arrange a refund/exchange. After 30 days there is a restocking charge of 20%. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We guarantee our products. If defective, please contact us to arrange for a replacement or a refund of the item within 7 days of receipt. We will ship replacements to you with your next order unless instructed otherwise.

Out of Stock: We cannot always keep on top of all the products we display on the website or in our catalogues. If we are out of stock when processing your order, we will substitute with similar item or better, or backorder, unless requested otherwise. Some of the designs are only carried until stocks run out, and then are replaced with new designs. We will indicate on your invoice if an item is discontinued. We suggest you stock up on your best sellers if you don't want to get caught short.
